VIRTUAL GUEST LECTURE SERIES: The Lessons of Busytown: Creating More Just Futures through Energy Innovation
September 9, 2020

Clark Miller- Clark A. Miller is the Director of the Center for Energy & Society at Arizona State University and a Professor in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society. His work explores the social meanings and dynamics of technological and infrastructural change, with a particular focus on low-carbon energy transitions. He is especially interested in the futures being created as the world dismantles carbon-based energy regimes and replaces them with carbon-neutral alternatives; in what those futures mean for people; and in strategies for leveraging energy innovation to create futures that are more just, less unequal, and better to inhabit.
